All-on-X Implants
A Full Arch of Teeth, Fixed in Place
Full-Arch Teeth on Four to Six Implants
All-on-X, often known as All-on-4 or All-on-6, replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge anchored to a small number of strategically placed implants. Because the implants are angled to make the most of your available bone, many patients can avoid bone grafting and receive a fixed result sooner.
- Unlike removable dentures, All-on-X teeth are fixed in place. They do not come out, do not slip while eating or speaking, and are cared for much like natural teeth.
The Implant Standard is the programme behind this page.
It is not a marketing name. It is a published protocol, with ten documented steps, one register of fees, and one five-year review commitment, that every practice in the programme follows.
Synergy Dental Group is a participating practice. Your treatment here is planned, placed and recorded to exactly the standard published at theimplantstandard.com.au, at exactly the fees published on this page, by the same clinician who leads the programme.
Implant solutions for every need
Implants are not a good-better-best ladder. You do not pick a tier by budget, you arrive at one determined by how much has been lost. All-on-X sits at tiers IV and V.
The Single Standard
One fixture, custom abutment and an all-ceramic crown. Guided placement, integration review and entry to the Standard Commitment.
The Span
An implant-supported bridge carried on two fixtures, planned and priced as one restoration. Two adjacent teeth are quoted as two Single Standards instead, because at that scale separate units are easier to clean and cheaper to repair.
The Anchor
An implant-stabilised overdenture on two to four fixtures. Your denture stops moving; the treatment stays removable.
The Full Arch Standard
Four to six fixtures carrying a fixed prosthesis, with the provisional included. The definitive bridge is an acrylic hybrid at this fee; zirconia is quoted as an upgrade inside your dossier, with what each material means for maintenance and replacement set out beside it.
The Complete Standard
Full reconstruction under a single surgical and prosthetic plan, one recorded occlusion and one commitment period. Both arches are placed in the same session, which costs less to deliver than two separate cases, so the fee is not simply double the single-arch figure.
Starting fees. Grafting, sinus elevation and extractions are staged where required and quoted inside your dossier, never added afterwards. Health fund rebates vary by policy; your dossier carries a written estimate against your own policy rather than a published range.
The Multifaceted Benefits
Keep Fixed & Permanent, Natural Look & Feel, Fewer Implants Full Arch and Jawbone Preservation. Replace Long-Lasting Results with these two.
Guided Placement
Surgery is performed through a printed guide made from the plan you approved, so placement follows the plan rather than being judged freehand.
Five-Year Review Programme
Reviews at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months, scheduled before you leave and included in the fee.

Frequently Asked, Expertly Answered!
Have more questions? Our friendly team is always happy to chat.
What is All-on-X (All-on-4)?
All-on-X is a full-arch solution where a fixed set of teeth is secured onto as few as four to six implants. It replaces a complete upper or lower arch of missing or failing teeth with a permanent, fixed result, rather than a removable denture.
Am I a suitable candidate for All-on-X?
Many patients missing most or all of their teeth in an arch are suitable for All-on-X, including some who have been told they lack the bone for traditional implants, because the implants are angled to make the most of available bone. We confirm suitability with a 3D CBCT scan.
How much do dental implants cost in Parkdale?
Every fee is published on our Register. The Single Standard starts from $5,500 per tooth, The Span from $12,000 per span, The Anchor from $13,500 per arch, The Full Arch Standard from $25,000 per arch and The Complete Standard from $46,000 for both arches. These are starting fees; your own fee is confirmed in writing at The Record, along with a health fund estimate against your own policy.
Is getting a dental implant painful?
Implant surgery is performed under local anaesthetic, with sedation available, and is designed to keep you comfortable throughout. Most patients report less discomfort than expected, and any soreness afterwards is usually well managed with simple pain relief.
How long does treatment take?
Standard single-implant treatment usually takes four to nine months including healing. With All-on-X, many patients receive a fixed set of teeth in fewer visits. At eight to twelve weeks a radiograph confirms the implant has integrated before anything is loaded onto it, and you receive a personalised timeline at The Record.
How long do dental implants last?
Implants are designed to be a long-term solution. With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, the implant itself can last for many years, while the teeth or crown on top may need replacing over time.
Why is there a fee when other clinics consult for free?
Because a free consultation cannot include a 3D scan, an hour of assessment and planning, and a written dossier — somebody pays for those either way. Ours is credited back to you in full, and it means the appointment is an assessment rather than a sales meeting.
