Triage
Your first call is taken by a treatment coordinator. They will tell you what The Record involves and what it produces. They will not quote a treatment fee over the telephone, because nobody can responsibly quote one before the scan.
The Record
A 60-minute assessment: CBCT volumetric scan, intraoral scan, calibrated photography, and a full medical and medication review.
Site analysis
Bone volume and density are mapped against the load the site will actually carry, and a molar and an incisor are not the same engineering problem.
Digital planning
Implant position, angle and depth are planned in software and approved by you before any surgery is scheduled.
The dossier
You receive a written plan: the staging, the timeline, the components to be used, the total investment, a health fund estimate against your own policy, and the alternatives we considered and declined, with the reasons.
Guided placement
Surgery is performed through a printed surgical guide produced from the plan you approved, so placement follows the plan rather than being judged freehand.
Recorded stability
Insertion torque and stability are measured at placement and recorded on your file. If the numbers are not right, we stage the case differently rather than proceeding.
Integration review
At eight to twelve weeks a radiograph is taken to confirm whether the implant has integrated. Nothing is loaded onto it before that confirmation.
Verified fit
Occlusion is checked and adjusted, and a photographic record is taken at the fit appointment, against the records taken at The Record.
The Standard Commitment
Reviews at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months are scheduled before you leave. The fixture warranty is conditional on attending them, because maintenance is a large part of how long an implant lasts.

The Record
CBCT scan, intraoral scan, photographic records, medical review, site analysis, digital plan, a written health fund estimate, and a treatment dossier issued to you on the day.
The Single Standard
One fixture, custom abutment and an all-ceramic crown. Guided placement, integration review and entry to the Standard Commitment.
The Span
An implant-supported bridge carried on two fixtures, planned and priced as one restoration. Two adjacent teeth are quoted as two Single Standards instead, because at that scale separate units are easier to clean and cheaper to repair.
The Anchor
An implant-stabilised overdenture on two to four fixtures. Your denture stops moving; the treatment stays removable.
The Full Arch Standard
Four to six fixtures carrying a fixed prosthesis, with the provisional included. The definitive bridge is an acrylic hybrid at this fee; zirconia is quoted as an upgrade inside your dossier, with what each material means for maintenance and replacement set out beside it.
The Complete Standard
Full reconstruction under a single surgical and prosthetic plan, one recorded occlusion and one commitment period. Both arches are placed in the same session, which costs less to deliver than two separate cases, so the fee is not simply double the single-arch figure.
Starting fees. Grafting, sinus elevation and extractions are staged where required and quoted inside your dossier, never added afterwards. Health fund rebates vary by policy; your dossier carries a written estimate against your own policy rather than a published range.

Rebates vary by policy and by the item numbers your case actually uses, so your dossier carries an estimate against your own cover rather than a figure from a brochure. We claim through your health fund at the practice and tell you your out-of-pocket in writing before treatment begins.
