Eligible treatments include

Superannuation

Compassionate release of super for dental treatment

For eligible patients, early access to superannuation may assist in covering the cost of treatment. We work alongside SuperCare, who specialise in helping Australians access their superannuation for essential medical treatments and offer expert Compassionate Release of Superannuation guidance.

Medically necessary treatment

The treatment must be needed to relieve acute or chronic pain, treat a life-threatening condition, or relieve acute or chronic mental illness. Cosmetic treatment does not qualify.

Two practitioner reports

Dental applications need reports from two dental practitioners, one of whom must be a specialist, confirming the treatment is necessary.

Assessed by the ATO

The ATO decides every application and only approves release where all conditions are met, including that you have no other means to pay.

Not all medical conditions or treatments qualify for the early release of superannuation, and it cannot be used for cosmetic procedures. General information only, not financial advice. SuperCare is a separate business.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), EFTPOS, and cash. We also accept HICAPS for instant on-the-spot health fund claiming, and we’re a registered Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) provider. Payment is generally taken at the end of each appointment unless a payment plan is in place.
Yes. We accept all major Australian private health funds with HICAPS, which means you only pay the gap on the day. The amount your fund covers depends on your level of extras cover, annual limits, and the specific treatment items. We’re happy to provide item numbers in advance so you can check with your fund.
Preferred provider arrangements can change from time to time, so we recommend contacting the practice for the most current information. Even without a preferred provider agreement, you’ll generally still receive a rebate from your fund — we’ll process the HICAPS claim at the time of your visit so you know your gap upfront.
Yes. For larger treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign, full smile makeovers, or extensive restorative work, we offer flexible payment plan options through third-party providers. These let you spread the cost over weekly or fortnightly instalments. Approval and terms are managed by the payment provider, and our team can help you apply.

Yes. We’re a registered CDBS provider. Eligible children aged 0–17 can access up to $1,052 worth of basic dental services over two calendar years, fully bulk-billed at our practice. Eligibility is determined by Medicare and is generally linked to a family receiving certain government benefits.

Yes. We treat eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) cardholders. Cover varies between Gold Card and White Card holders, and may depend on whether the treatment is related to an accepted condition. Bring your DVA card to your appointment and our team will confirm what’s covered before treatment begins.
Payment is generally taken at the conclusion of each appointment unless you’re on a payment plan. For larger treatments, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking and to cover laboratory or implant component costs. We’ll always confirm payment expectations in writing before treatment begins so there are no surprises.
