What new patient offers are available at Synergy Dental Group?
Every treatment here begins with its own assessment, at a published fixed fee. New patients start with The First Visit — $250, including any X-rays required, less whatever your health fund pays back on the day. The Sequence (clear aligners), The Smile Study (veneers) and The Record (dental implants) are $295 each, The Clearance (wisdom teeth) is $195 and The One Visit (sleep dentistry) is $89, and each of those is credited in full against treatment started within 90 days.
Do you offer free consultations?
No — and deliberately. A free consultation cannot include a 3D scan, an hour of assessment and planning, and a written dossier — somebody pays for those either way. Our assessment fees are credited back to you in full against treatment, and it means the appointment is an assessment rather than a sales meeting.
Are the assessments only for new patients?
The First Visit is our new patient examination. The treatment assessments — The Sequence, The Smile Study, The Record, The Clearance and The One Visit — are open to new and existing patients alike.
Do the fees include X-rays and additional records?
Yes. Each assessment includes the records it needs — The First Visit includes any X-rays required, The Record includes a CBCT 3D scan and an intraoral scan, and The Clearance includes an OPG X-ray. Nothing gets added on afterwards.
How does the 90-day credit work?
The assessment fee is credited in full against treatment commenced within 90 days of the assessment. The written plan is yours to keep either way — including if you take it to another clinic for a second opinion. Terms and conditions apply.
